About Douglas Spence
Douglas has a unique, proven approach and has been pivotal in the careers of some of the world’s leading business people. He has practised internationally for over 20 years, developing clients and companies across the globe. Douglas has a powerful blend of people intuition, common sense, integrity and business acumen.
His hallmark is his ability to gain insight into the personality and behaviour of his clients and, critically, those that influence and co-exist around them. Clients benefit from being exposed to another dimension of their character and performance, often not previously realised. His senior-level experience of corporate life and business at Mars International spanned over 11 years, exposing him to situations that have helped him take his clients to the next level.
In addition to big brand names, Douglas has been commissioned to coach some of the world’s leading sports men and women. He is approachable with a great sense of humour, yet he is at the top of his game and is highly respected both by his peers and his clients.
